06 May Applications Open: 2026 Youth Pathway Programme
Canada Ocean Racing is excited to announce the continuation of its Youth Pathway Programme for 2026, offering a unique opportunity for young Canadians to explore the world of offshore sailing and beyond.

Importantly, the Youth Pathway Programme is open to those interested in sailing and shore-based roles across the industry.
What’s included:
- Two days with the Canada Ocean Racing team
- Hands-on experience with a foiling IMOCA 60
- Career insights into offshore sailing
- Transfer (from Toronto airport), accommodation and food costs covered*
*If travel costs to Collingwood are a barrier, additional support may be available.
